ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Kurt Kwon - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. This position is available as REMOTE for the right candidate that meets all the requirements of the position. Local candidates - this position is IN OFFICE, but a HYBRID model is possible for the right candidate. Bottom line is we're looking for the RIGHT person for our office.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
Assist with customer retention strategies.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience in customer service preferred.
Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.

This is a remote position.

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
